Here is the family tree going back 20 generations, 13 in the US. “There is documentation in the Netherlands which reveals that the Strycker (Stryker) family remained on the same estate near the Hague and also near Rotterdam for at least eight hundred years before emigrating to America in 1652.”
The Stryker Family Crest with the motto “In Extremis Terribilis” or in Latin “most terrible (fierce) at bay”.
The Reformed Protestant Dutch Church in Flatbush, Brooklyn which was in part founded by Garret Stryker in 1652.
